Using Jyst

Jyst is operated by C&M Inc. Contact support@jyst.fyi for help, content complaints or questions. Use Jyst only if you can validly agree to these terms under applicable law. Keep your account information accurate and credentials secure; do not impersonate someone or use an account without permission.

Reviews, ratings and rankings express their authors' views. They are not professional advice, guarantees or proof of a purchase. Keep your own copies of important originals. Local drafts may exist only in one browser/device and can be lost when its storage is cleared. A preview, upload or timeout is not confirmation of publication; check the application's confirmed status and recovery controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. Share only material you have the right and appropriate permission to share. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights, and credit sources accurately.

You give Jyst a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, format, resize, transmit and display your submitted content to service providers and the audience you select, solely to operate Jyst. This does not transfer ownership. The permission ends when the content is removed from the active service, except as needed to complete deletion, meet legal obligations or handle remaining copies described in the Privacy Policy. Independently authored replies and contributions can remain after removal of your identity and original material.

Public material can be copied outside Jyst. Private Maps limit access to authorized participants, but do not make separately public source reviews private or prevent a participant making an unauthorized copy.

Posting rules

Do not post or use Jyst for threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory abuse; sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery or pornographic content; encouragement of violence or unlawful activity; unauthorized disclosure of private information; copyright infringement; impersonation, spam, scams or deceptive endorsements; vote manipulation, account theft, restriction evasion or unauthorized access.

Lawful disagreement and negative reviews are welcome. You are responsible for your factual claims. Disclose paid, gifted and affiliate relationships where required. Follow the participation rules shown for a Battle, Taste Map or group.

Use available report/block controls or contact support@jyst.fyi about violations. We may investigate, remove content or restrict access for violations, legal requirements or security needs. Blocking does not remove public material from the internet. For a complaint, identify the content and its location, explain the concern and provide a way to contact you; do not send unrelated sensitive documents. You can use the same contact to question a restriction or correct a mistake.

External links and purchases

External media, articles and merchants have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not guarantee endorsement, price, availability or quality. Some links contain affiliate identifiers; consult the author's disclosure. Click and revenue estimates are not verified orders, earned commissions or amounts owed. Purchases occur with the external merchant, under its payment, delivery and return terms.

Privacy, deletion and changes

The Privacy Policy at https://jyst.fyi/privacy explains data handling and deletion. You may stop using Jyst and use supported content/account deletion controls. Deletion requires verification and can take time; offline copies, backups and independently created third-party material have the limits described in that policy.

We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free information or preservation of local-only work. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may change features and these terms; material changes will receive the notice and acceptance required by applicable law. Apple/Google store and device terms continue to apply. These terms do not replace a store's application licence.
