A glass cathedral that happens to sell coffee. The Colombian single-origin pour-over is dialed in to the gram, the atrium light makes everyone look like they're in a perfume ad, and the baristas treat extraction like a science fair they intend to win. The only downside is that every other cafe now tastes like a compromise.
